A largada da prova será às 06:00h (21km) e às 06:30h (5km e 11km), no Parque de Exposições Lídia Calabreta Massi, em Ivinhema-MS, com qualquer condição climática. Poderão participar da corrida, atletas de ambos os sexos, regularmente inscritos de acordo com este Regulamento,


A LENDAS DO INTERIOR – CORRIDA RÚSTICA terá distâncias kids (crianças), 5km (corrida e caminhada), 11km (corrida) e 21km (corrida), que deverá ser percorrida individualmente, no trajeto que será amplamente divulgado no whatsapp da inscrição, grupo dos atletas e no Instagram do Corredores do Interior.
