Trail Run Espinhaço Xtreme - Etapa Pico Do Itambé

Espinhço Xtreme is a mountain trekking race where athletes must choose between the distances of 50 km, 21 km, 14 km and 7 km when registering. The race is free, with no mandatory stops and runners can run or walk, stop and rest wherever and whenever they want. Espinhaço Xtreme is a race that must be done in a self-sufficient manner, this means that runners must carry all their mandatory equipment, hydration, clothing and food during the race.

Trail Espinhaço Xtreme takes place in Serra do Espinhaço, passing through parks and communities, in the form of recreational and collective training. The objective of the training is to promote integration between lovers of this sport, in addition to sharing experiences in Milho Verde – Serro, MG.

Format

Three routes will be covered: 7 km, 14 km, 21 km and 50 km, with a maximum duration for the ultra 50 km. For the route of 21 km and 50 km, experience in trails and mountain races is recommended, as the route is quite technical and of high difficulty.
