Desafio LPTR - 2ª Etapa - Pico Agudo De Santo Antonio Do Pinhal

The LPTR Challenge is a mountain race with distances for "beginners, amateurs, performance and elites", with 2 (two) more stages in the second semester.

It is designed by the long distance running athlete "Ultra Trail Runner".

Trail Running "trail running" connects people with sport and nature in a healthy and conscious way, it is a sport that consists of running off-track, along trails/mountain trails or secondary paths, through mountains, uneven terrain, with steep climbs and descents.

It differs from running and walking, in that it generally runs in wilder places, often in mountainous terrain with steep slopes, where you continually go up and down.
