Circuito Correr É Vida - 3ª Etapa

PROJETO CORRER É VIDA is a Trail Run circuit (race on dirt roads and trails) that will have 6 (six) stages in 2023, spread across the cities of Suzano, Santa Branca, Salesópolis and Biritiba Mirim.

The Circuit will have a Ranking, and the top 20 athletes overall in each category (female and male) will score, at the end of the 2023 season the top 3 overall in each category will receive a super prize.

PROJETO CORRER É VIDA was born in 2016 through a project to encourage the practice of physical activities such as walking and running, and was conceived by the running athlete João Oliveira, better known among athletes as “Joãozinho da Montanha”.

The Third Stage of 2023 will be held in the tourist city of Salesópolis, known as the source of the famous Tietê river, which crosses a large part of the state of São Paulo.

This challenge has routes of 8km....16km and 28km.
