IDEAL 5K started in 2018. The idea started with 3 young people who decided to get their hands dirty and create a project that could bring to our society the importance of practicing some physical activity and, together with that, embrace a cause to that the events could raise awareness and contribute even more. Thus, our first race was born, the IDEAL 5K – CORRIDA PELA VIDA – for the benefit of GRENDACC (Group in Defense of Children with Cancer). We want to motivate and raise awareness more and more, through projects that unite purposes and values.
