Wilsons Prom 100 May 2024

Join us for the Wilsons Prom 100 on May 2024. This event offers Australia's most spectacular coastal ultra at Wilsons Promontory National Park. Immerse yourself in the beauty of crashing waves, sandy beaches, and breathtaking views as you tackle this wilderness paradise. Choose from four run loops of 27, 44, 60, or 100 km, all located just 3.5 hours from Melbourne. The course consists of single track, rock, fire trails, and beaches, with approximately 10 km on sealed road. Depending on tide movements, you may need to wade across creeks. Please note that this is a self-supported run and not a race. Runners are responsible for their own safety and should be prepared for cold, wet, and windy weather conditions. Hypothermia is a serious risk. Only experienced trail runners with good navigation skills should attempt this run. The event will start and finish in the dark. To participate in the 100 km course, runners must have completed at least one 50 km organised trail run in the previous 6 months.
