About the Event

Join us every Tuesday at 6:30 pm for a fun and invigorating run to the West Side and back! Our weekly runs are approximately 4 miles long and start on our Lower Level. Bag check is available, so you can bring your essentials without worrying about carrying them while you run.

We offer two options for our runners. Option 1 is a tempo/fartlek/speed workout with Coach Brian. This option includes a 1-mile warm-up to the West Side Highway, followed by 16x 90 seconds at HM Pace with 60 seconds off. After the workout, you'll cool down back to Paragon. Option 2 is an easy 4-mile conversational run. This option includes a 1-mile warm-up to the West Side Highway, 2 easy-paced miles on the West Side Highway Running Path, and a 1-mile cooldown back to the store.

RSVP's are not required for these runs, but we'd still love to know if you are coming. Subscribe to our newsletter to learn more about our weekly runs and other events.

After the run, stick around for beer on tap in our new lounge. Bring your own water to stay hydrated during the run.
