The LESS Popular Brooklyn Half Marathon!

Looking for a half marathon that's not as crowded as the more popular ones? Look no further than the Less Popular Brooklyn Half Marathon! This race takes place along the pristine Hudson river just under the Verrazano Bridge in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. While it may not be the most popular half marathon, we can guarantee your entry. Join us in celebrating this race full of Brooklyn Cheer starting out by the famous Brooklyn 69th Street Pier! The course is flat, fast, and scenic, with 13.1 bragging rights at the finish line.

Bib pickup will be held on race morning right at the starting line on the American Veterans Memorial Pier from 6:30 to 7:30am. Baggage Check will be available at the Start/Finish Line. The race will start promptly at 8:00am, so please arrive early to get your race day materials and have plenty of time for your pre-race warm ups and routines.

Transportation and parking are available at the American Veterans Memorial Pier located at 6901 Shore Road. There will be on-street parking on Shore Road and its adjoining streets. You can also take the R Train to the Bay Ridge Ave station located at Bay Ridge Ave and 4th Ave and walk west towards 3rd Ave until you reach the water. The route will be a multiple loop out-and-back course along the Shore Road Promenade. The finish line will be back at the American Veterans Memorial Pier where you can collect your FINISHER MEDALS and bask in your accomplishments.
