About the Event

Welcome to the Royal Sutton Fun Run Training Week 1! Join us at Wyndley Leisure Centre to get you ready for the big day. Whether you're a seasoned runner or quite new to running, this event is perfect for all levels of experience.

Training Plan

This is week 1 of a 5 week training plan where we will be running between 4 - 6 miles depending on your pace. Trained leaders will guide groups at different paces: 12 minutes per mile, 11 minutes per mile, 10 minutes per mile, 9 minutes or less per mile.

Session Details

We meet at SE Fitness Running & Walking Club at Wyndley Leisure Centre at 8.15 ready to start at 8.30am. The session will start with a short warm up before joining your group for your run with the designated leader for your pace.

Goal

Each week we will increase the distance until at week 5 you will be running the full 8.5 miles of the Fun Run Course. Don't miss out on this opportunity to kickstart your training and set yourself up for success. Lace up your shoes, bring your enthusiasm, and let's get ready to conquer the Great Midlands Fun Run together!
