There will be limited places on the day available which will be on a first come first served basis however these places will not have the online discount. There is plenty of parking around the school as well as the car park. Please note that we do not have access to the school, we will be on the tennis courts and clearly visible with flags and event shelters. We will have 2 portable toilets on site.

Refreshments

We will have some light refreshments at the finish including our Carrs sausage and vegan sausage rolls and food & drink stalls, but please ensure you have plenty of water and any other snacks and refreshments you feel you may need during the event.

Bike

Please ensure your bike is road worthy and race ready for the event, we suggest you bring some basic items along with you such as inner tubes so you can carry out any basic repairs needed on the day. We hope to once again secure our professional bike mechanic present at the event, he will only be available at the start of the event for hints and tips and to assist in emergency repairs or more serious breakdowns on the course. Any items needed from the bike mechanic will need to be purchased on the day from him.

Support

There will be plenty of event staff at the start to help with registration and any questions you may have. There will also be marshals at various key points throughout the route to point you in right direction and ensure all riders get through safely to the next point. We will also have crew vehicles out on the course who will have basic equipment and bike racks should they be needed.

Route Information

Please note the 3 routes available, we will be emailing GPX links for your chosen route in advance to familiarise yourself with the route. All routes will be signed and marshalled every mile and at turning points. Please note that signs are bright orange but for those taking part in the long route when you start your extra section starting in Adlington your signs will become bright pink and then return orange once again once you re-join the standard route.
