About the Event
The HYROX Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T) is a standard workout completed for time designed by HYROX to give you the perfect introduction into the sport and measure where your fitness level is at. All participants of this event will receive a free t-shirt.
Standard Test
The prescribed test designed by HYROX: 1000m Run, 50 Burpee Broad Jumps, 100 Stationary Lunges, 1000m Row, 30 Hand Release Push Ups, 100 Wall Balls (14lbs for Men/10lbs for Women).
75% Test
The Standard test, just at 75% of the distance and reps, designed by TEAMLDN HYBRID: 750m Run, 33 Burpee Broad Jumps, 75 Stationary Lunges, 750m Row, 20 Hand Release Push Ups, 75 Wall Balls (14lbs for Men/10lbs for Women).
50% Test
The Standard test, just at 50% of the distance and reps, designed by TEAMLDN HYBRID: 500m Run, 25 Burpee Broad Jumps, 50 Stationary Lunges, 500m Row, 15 Hand Release Push Ups, 50 Wall Balls (10lbs for Men/8lbs for Women).
The HYROX PFT also gives you a good indication of which division you should sign up for when registering for a HYROX event. Please note that there are no time caps or qualifications to compete in a HYROX event.
