April Flight Crew Run Club Trail Run

Join us on April 28th at 8:30am in North Vancouver for an intermediate run in the trails. This route starts/ends at the Park Gate Community Centre. We will have two route options - 12km or 9km with up to 500m of elevation gain.

An intermediate route with a few steep pitches and some fun rolling trails. Trail shoes required. You should have a comfortable familiarity with trail running.

For the safety of our run leaders as well as the rest of the group, please be prepared to be on the trails for ~1.5hrs with the 10 essentials as recommended by North Shore Rescue and only sign up if you're confident that you can run the route in its entirety.
