Adcock Velodrome record attempt day

This event will take place at Adcock Park Velodrome in West Gosford on the central coast NSW. The focus of the event will be to set personal best times in the 1000m standing start, 200m flying and 4000m standing start. The length of the track has been professionally surveyed and all times will be recorded using professional automated bicycle transponders (MyLaps equivalent) so any times set will be considered true to professional standards.

Event Details

The event starts at 9am on Saturday, May 4th. The order of events will be as follows: 1000m standing start, 200m flying start, 4000m standing start. The Velodrome is suitable for unfaired record attempts.

OzHPV Membership

Racing is open to all competitors with a current OzHPV membership. Membership is $25 per year. Visit the OzHPV website for membership details.

Rules

Competition rules include wearing a helmet, having working brakes, being solely human powered, and ensuring safety. Full rules for record attempts can be found on the OzHPV website.

Junior Entry

Juniors under 18 are welcomed and encouraged. Parent or guardian signature is required for entry.

Timing for the events will be done by professional automated bicycle transponders (MyLaps equivalent).
